<p>1516 Bistro 應該是近期造訪過的餐廳中我最喜歡的一家了．之前生日去吃大正浪漫日本料理時發現位於附近的這家餐廳感覺不錯一直放在心中，最近跟同事約來此聚會，一吃大家都很喜歡，從頭到尾都讓人感覺到很舒服，就像是戲劇中常會出現的那種小酒館．</p>



<p>另外很棒的地方是這裡營業時間到晚上十二點，可以盡情聊天、美食加醇酒很盡興地度過愉快的夜晚．說實在本來還很猶豫要不要寫出來想自己收藏就好，不過後來想想反正這裡人氣也不怎麼樣是白擔心了XD．</p>

<p>餐廳地點在中崙大潤發附近的巷弄中，說實在如果之前不是在那裡隨意逛一下巷弄還真的不容易發現這家餐館，在寧靜的巷弄轉角的餐廳樸實的外觀很有在異國的氛圍．</p>

<p>餐廳裡桌位間距離夠，桌與桌之前不會互相干擾，桌次不多但也不算少．</p>

<p>菜單很有趣，是有特別設計過的．每一道菜看起都很讓人想點，好多道菜都看到網路上有人推薦，如果對於怎麼點菜很猶豫，可以請外場的老闆娘介紹推薦．</p>

<p>這家小餐館看起來只有三個工作人員，負責外場的老闆娘雖然看得出來他一個人要負責近滿桌的顧客很忙，但招呼上卻不會讓人覺得馬糊，很誠懇的建議點菜，雖然很忙但出菜時一樣不厭其煩好好的介紹料理，換盤時也細心記得換上不同圖樣的餐盤讓人驚喜，與客人的應對讓人覺得很舒服不是那種很制式的服務．</p>

<p>馬祖活體淡菜，這道菜很簡單但獲得在做同事的好評，大家都覺得男的吃到這麼好吃的淡菜，點這道菜還包含會用湯汁炒義式細扁麵，一樣是簡簡單單是很美味的料理．</p>

<p>自家老滷烤德國豬腳·德式炒酸菜，這道豬腳是這裡的招牌菜，豬腳皮出乎意料的脆又香，肉嫩好吃，而且炒酸菜好搭，酸菜不是那種平常吃到偏酸的酸菜，我個人很愛．</p>

<p>德式培根洋蔥薄餅，這道薄餅也是出乎意料的香脆美味．</p>

<p>料理鼠王的法式雜蔬，附現烤麵包，原本我對這種糊糊的料理很不感興趣，但是這道菜一入口就讓我驚艷，味道真的好吃啊，好令人好奇廚師怎麼調味的，好吃到吃完之後我同事一直意猶未竟想自己學煮看看．</p>

<p>脆皮鴨胸佐辣椒果凍、糖漬芒果，這個鴨胸也是我這幾年吃過最喜歡的，不只鴨胸煎得好，皮脆肉嫩，搭配的醬料配菜也很特別，辣椒做成的果凍配上比較不酸的芒果，鴨胸肉單吃好吃，搭上辣椒果凍及糖漬芒果更是特別又美味．</p>
