<p>有一天去吃老友記時發現附近轉角又換了新的一家店，看店名覺得有意思，原來是很多人去韓國玩時在首爾必吃的美食排隊名店來台灣開的店，據說風味不會差韓國本店太多，所以就約了人來吃。</p>
<p>食用方式類似火鍋，把雞湯當火鍋湯頭，初看菜單一隻雞要價700元好像有點高價，但三個人實際吃下來一人分擔約不到400元（不含飲料）倒也還算實惠。</p>

<p>韓國排隊名店在台灣一樣大排長龍，最好事先訂位，或是現場定位後可先到附近逛街晃晃等時間差不多時再來。</p>

<p>菜單很簡單，至少點一隻雞（約可三人食用），再點配料，建議點海苔雞蛋粥最後享用。</p>

<p>一開始會先送上小菜及沾醬，有生高麗菜絲、生糯米椒、蒜泥、生韭菜及泡菜。這些都是可以一直續點的。</p>

<p>泡菜不是一般常見醃漬比較久的韓國泡菜，不會太辣有點甜味而且是很好入口的酸味。</p>

<p>生糯米椒直接沾辣椒醬食用，我個人是不太習慣糯米椒生吃。</p>

<p>接著送上一鍋雞，桌位上有享食秘笈，雞送上來後要煮幾分鐘後才能享用，服務生會用利剪把一整隻雞剪成小塊方便食用。</p>

<p>另外加點的杏鮑菇及馬鈴薯加入煮，這裡的杏鮑菇品質很不錯，比一般市場看到的大很多而且不會有藥水味。</p>

<p>雞湯喝起來很鮮美又不油膩，單喝清爽，如果喜歡重口味可以加入沾醬或泡菜。</p>
<p>雞隻體型小約比春雞再大一些，雞肉沒有脂肪吃起來完全不會覺得肥膩而且肉質也不會覺得柴，很是美味。雞肉也是可以單吃或是沾上特別的醬汁食用。</p>

<p>吃完最後煮海苔雞蛋粥，其實就像是日本吃完火鍋之後煮的雜炊一樣，用鮮美的雞湯煮粥味道果然棒，吃完美味的粥後正好畫下完美句點。</p>
