<p>位於復興北路中山國中站附近的台北店裝潢看起來是比台中店有高級感，   <br />不過這種冷調裝潢讓人感覺少了圍爐的氣氛阿。</p>
<p>店裡重點的酸菜白肉湯頭喝起來清爽但有餘韻，   <br />酸白菜不會很酸吃起來很舒爽，慢慢的越來越開胃。    <br />(我個人是不喜歡吃太嗆酸的)</p>
<p>沾醬可以自己依喜好調配，   <br />服務生也會建議說豆腐乳三匙其他一匙辣椒依喜好加，    <br />右下角的醋裡有醃漬的蒜頭可以直接吃，    <br />味道夠味但又不會太嗆辣敢吃蒜頭的人應該會喜歡。</p>

<p>吃酸菜白肉就應該涮肥肥白白的五花肉。</p>

<p>手工川丸子跟香菇貢丸都不錯，   <br />尤其手工川丸子更好吃感覺加在麻辣鍋裡應該也很適合。</p>

<p>第一次在酸菜白鍋裡加油條，   <br />吃了之後感覺油條還是麻辣鍋時加就好了，    <br />吸滿酸菜湯頭的油條感覺不怎麼適合，    <br />這裡供應的油條不夠酥脆可能也是原因之一吧。</p>

<p>吃了一陣子後湯頭裡的酸材菜已吃得差不多所以再加點一盤酸白菜加，   <br />沒想到這一盤還頗多的最後還吃不完它。</p>

<p>除了鍋及配料外店裡還有共應一些麵食小菜，   <br />看了網路推薦點了酸白菜水餃及鍋貼，    <br />不過酸白菜水餃我們都覺得不太優，因為水餃皮煮得太軟爛了，    <br />鍋貼則煎得很不錯好吃。</p>

<p>這幾天逛微風超市時發現那裏有賣鮟鱇魚，<br />剛好這幾天又轉冷很適合煮鍋來吃，<br />所以今天就從微風超市買了鮟鱇魚及一條日本大根回來料理。</p>

<p>會讓我那麼想要在這買鮟鱇魚是因為除了魚肉還有鮟鱇魚肝，<br />因為我想煮的鮟鱇魚鍋是之前在電視節目看到日本漁師煮的鮟鱇魚鍋，<br />而其中鮟鱇魚肝是很重要的食材之一。</p>

<p>首先在鍋內將鮟鱇魚肝先拌炒一下。</p>

<p>加入切成塊的日本大根入鍋拌炒。</p>

<p>然後蓋上鍋蓋，<br />節目中日本漁師料理時是不加水的，<br />完全靠大根煮出水。</p>

<p>不過因為我想要喝多一點湯所以還是加了一些水進去，<br />再把魚肉加進去煮。<br />(鮟鱇魚於好少阿，因為實在太貴了)</p>

<p>因為有魚肝所以湯非常白濁，<br />一定要趁熱吃因為冷了後腥味會比較重。</p>
