<p>食欲之秋就不能錯過的應該就是螃蟹了，   <br />這時候準備過冬的螃蟹最為飽滿好吃。    <br />今年雖然秋天好像被跳過去一下就到冬天，    <br />但秋天該吃的螃蟹是絕對不能因此省略喔。</p>
<p>星期六趁著到桃園拜訪順路繞過去竹圍漁港吃海鮮，   <br />港口魚市場裡有好幾家攤位販賣著當季美味的沙公、沙母、處女蟳等螃蟹，    <br />撥開殼的沙母上滿滿的蟹黃看得好令人心動。</p>
<p>由於沒有要馬上回家所以不方便買新鮮螃蟹回家自已料理，   <br />所以就決定在這附近找家海鮮餐廳大快朵頤一番。    <br />趕緊利用iPhone上網查詢一下附近餐廳的評價，    <br />最後決定到這一家網路上最多人氣的餐廳用餐，    <br />而且這樣一路逛下來這家店是附近海鮮餐廳中生意最好的。</p>

<p>清蒸一隻沙母530元，   <br />這一隻大小的沙母旁邊的漁市場大約賣350元，    <br />加上料理費這樣的價格也還算合理吧。</p>
<p>蟹殼上滿滿的蟹黃，   <br />就算膽固醇會飆高也要吃阿。</p>
<p>過一段時間應該要換吃沙公了，   <br />印象中去年吃沙公的蟹膏好濃郁蟹肉好甜好吃。</p>

<p>吃海鮮必點之一清燙沙蝦(250元)，   <br />真的只要新鮮清燙就很好吃，    <br />也不需要沾哇沙比醬油蝦肉吃起來就好清甜。</p>

<p>吃海鮮必點之二的炒海瓜子(180元)，   <br />不過我不太喜歡這家醬汁芶芡的料理方式，    <br />我比較喜歡用醬油及糖的醬汁佐料單純拌炒就好。</p>

<p>這一盤炒地瓜葉80元價格算實惠，   <br />炒的不油口味也不重可以取代白飯的作用來配菜，    <br />因為怕吃太飽所以沒有點白飯。</p>

<p>吃螃蟹我喜歡清蒸吃原味，<br />小火約蒸個15分鐘就可以上桌了，<br />吃螃蟹最好準備方便的工具可以更輕鬆的享用美食。</p>

<p>這時節吃螃蟹很多人都是著重在吃蟹膏，<br />這隻大沙母的蟹膏不少，<br />原本以前我是不太敢吃蟹膏的，<br />不過這次吃卻不討厭，<br />尤其蟹殼上的膏及肉吃起有點像鹹蛋黃感覺蠻好吃的。</p>

<p>處女蟳的蟹膏好濃郁喔，<br />一打開殼就聞到濃濃的味道。</p>
