<p>餐廳就位於小巨蛋對面大樓二樓，以前是一家花蓮野菜火鍋餐廳，餐廳門口及裡面擺放很多商界及政界知名人士贈送慶祝開幕的蘭花盆栽，可見其受矚目程度。</p>

<p>裡面的裝潢簡單，我覺得比一般涮涮鍋餐廳寬敞一些，我印象感覺很像沿用之前餐廳的裝潢，但我不確定因為我也是好幾年前來過一次而已。桌位不少，另外據說還有二間包廂。</p>

<p>我們四人來訪就簡單直接點四人套餐，裡面包含牛肉火鍋及手路菜，想吃的都可以選。另外把二碗白米飯換為牛肉燥飯，並加點了牛奶霜淇淋，一人費用約1千元，這價位當然比南部牛肉火鍋更高價，不過我覺得跟在台北的其他溫體牛肉店吃起來差不多。</p>

<p>火鍋湯頭算鮮但如果要喝湯可能會覺得不鹹沒味道，蔬菜的品質我覺得很不錯，玉米很甜高麗菜也是甜的，因為現在很多店的高麗菜都用品質較差或是國外的所以每次吃到高麗菜是甜的都會讓我感動XD</p>

<p>火鍋的沾醬跟在台南吃牛肉湯是一樣的，用醬油膏跟豆瓣醬。提到這個就想說一下店裡的服務真的有待加強，但感覺不熟捻外場服務，例如我們點完菜後完全沒有跟我們說明火鍋沾醬放在哪裡要自己去取用，結果火鍋來了之後是我們自己覺得沒有沾醬很奇怪環顧店裡一圈之後才發現沾醬的位置。</p>

<p>套餐裡有特優質嫩切牛肉及精選嫩切牛肉各二盤，可能有人看到和牛就以為像日本A5或A4和牛那種油花的牛肉，雖然目前「源興牛」還沒到達那樣，畢竟養殖和牛的技術是需要長期培養的，而且據新聞報導董事長劉泰英表示李登輝先生的本意不是拚頂級高檔，而是讓更多國人都能吃得到優質牛肉。</p>



<p>牛肉好吃，是適合涮鍋的牛肉，尤其我很喜歡特優質嫩切牛肉的香味及鮮嫩度，精選嫩切牛肉比較瘦一點端看個人喜歡。不過牛肉切得實在不是很好刀工有待加強。</p>

<p>「源興牛」的來源是陽明山擎天崗上二戰前日本人放牧的「但馬牛」，前總統李登輝先生希望發揮農經專長培育出台灣的和牛，收購後投入育種、繁殖，期望作為給台灣人的禮物「台灣和牛」。這批牛經過血液及基因檢測結果被認定為原原種但馬牛，反而在台灣保留了日本但馬牛的原始基因庫。經四年配種、飼育與繁殖，才推動源興牛正式上市。</p>

<p>除了牛肉套餐裡含包含牛雜，可以品味不同風味與口感。不過我覺得因為川燙的熟度不知如何控制，所以如果下次再來我應該會都單點牛肉盤吃就好。</p>

<p>手路菜我們選擇了麻油薑絲牛跟飄香牛筋肉，鍋香鑊氣十足很適合配飯。</p>

<p>牛肉燥飯很不錯吃，米飯品質好也煮得好，不過個人覺得油蔥酥太多有點搶過鋒頭。</p>

<p>我完全為了李前總統登輝先生而來的，有機會我還是會再去吃的，畢竟台北要吃到台南高雄那種溫體牛肉火鍋的選擇不多，他的價位跟我去吃台北其他溫體牛火鍋差不多。最重要是我想贊助培育台灣和牛的心意。</p>

<p>菜單，除了適合多人共享的火鍋外，也有個人套餐或是個人鍋，另外還有牛肉熱炒菜色，算是蠻多樣的，一人或多人來都好點。</p>

<p>如果不知道點什麼肉可以到櫃臺觀看每種不同的肉，除了牛肉片外也有牛尾、牛膝、筋、龍骨髓、各種內臟等，幾乎全牛都有。肉的色澤看起來就感覺很新鮮很棒。</p>

<p>我們點了冷藏櫃裡限量的隱藏special 肉、肋眼牛肉跟沙朗牛肉各一盤，各有不同的滋味都很好吃，但我真的非常推薦隱藏special 肉，雖然比較貴，可以的話至少要點上一盤，隱藏special肉超美味，上面白色部分感覺不是油脂而是像筋，吃起既鮮又甜又好軟嫩且不覺得油，真的很令人驚艷。</p>

<p>湯頭是用牛大骨及蔬菜熬煮成的，看起來很一般看喝起來非常甜美，牛肉片在裡面涮個一下就非常美味。</p>

<p>牛魯肉飯 30元，可以點來吃看看跟一般豬肉的滷肉飯滋味很不一樣。</p>

<p>除了火鍋外也有不少牛肉熱炒菜色，我們炒了牛舌跟鳳尾筋，炒鳳尾筋吃來也太嫩了，牛舌也不錯，怏炒的鑊氣超棒的，不過據說烤牛舌更棒所以有點懊惱牛舌應該要選用烤的，只好待下次再品嚐了。</p>

<p>店家強力推薦限量蘿蔔燉牛頰，湯是不錯但我個人是覺得還不如改為多點一盤牛肉來涮。</p>
