三月生日月一直在吃吃吃，其中一餐選了這家網路上一直有及高CP值評價的鐵板燒餐廳。明水然無菜單鐵板燒的老闆本身家中從事漁船業已50餘年，加上集團旗下也有經營連鎖牛排店，因此可以提供 CP 值高的食材。</p>
<p>很多人不喜歡用CP值作為評價餐廳的方式，我倒是覺得還好，這也是選擇餐廳的眾多面向之一，但不是唯一。</p>
<p>說來這家鐵板燒餐廳CP值高也僅限於台北市中心，其他地區應該比較容易有價美的店。</p>

<p>餐廳位置就在南京復星捷運站出來後，在著名的HOOTERS美式餐廳旁邊大門樓梯上樓後用餐的地方都在二樓。</p>

<p>餐廳蠻寬敞的有幾個鐵板用餐區，旁邊大片落地窗旁是用餐後吃甜點及喝飲料的位子，另外還有幾間包廂很適合多人聚餐。</p>

<p>菜單主要有二個波士頓龍蝦海陸套餐A $1390元及波士頓龍蝦海陸套餐B $1890元，A跟B的差異在於B多了北海道新鮮干貝佐魚子醬、生蠔及精選活鮑魚。</p>
<p>另外還有一個$3000元的無菜單料理套餐。</p>
<p>另外每人需要$65的水資。</p>

<p>A及B套餐的主餐可以選擇：美國PRIME沙朗、紐西蘭PS及菲力牛排、雞排、松阪豬、櫻桃鴨，另外也可以加價成：美國PRIME牛小排、美國PRIME沙朗牛肉捲、紐西蘭小羔羊、美國PRIME老饕牛排。</p>
<p>我們點了A及B套餐各一，主餐選了美國PRIME沙朗及加價的美國PRIME老饕牛排。</p>

<p>聽從服務人員的建議點了 1+1+1，會依據用餐料裡搭配三杯左餐酒，一杯氣泡酒加上白酒紅酒各一杯。</p>

<p>例湯有三種選擇，上菜的方法還算有點噱頭，像我點的鮮蝦濃湯會先上一盤𥚃面只有鮮蝦及佐料，然後再現場注入濃湯，呼應鐵板燒可以欣賞主廚料理的精神，連湯也可以欣賞製作過程。</p>

<p>下面這盤北海道新鮮干貝佐魚子醬、生蠔及精選活鮑魚是1890元B餐多的料理，A及B套餐約價差500元算是這盤的價格，如果沒有很愛吃這幾個食材我是覺得可以點A套餐就好。</p>

<p>主餐我們選了美國PRIME沙朗及加價的美國PRIME老饕牛排，廚師很貼心幫我們都各平分，二人都可以吃到二種牛排。不過說真的這裡的美國PRIME老饕牛排沒有到令人感到驚豔所以或是下次就不加價了。牛排旁的炸蒜片我覺得處理的不錯，不會有苦味。</p>

<p>雖然菜單上沒有但好像都會有這個炒飯，用鐵板炒得粒粒分明，為這餐畫下美好句點。</p>

<p>神戶牛排的知名餐廳有幾家，本來優先選擇的不是這家餐廳，但因為我們當日到達神戶的時間有點尷尬，已經差不多過了午餐用餐時間，所以原本我查了幾家日本網站人氣較高比較推薦的神戶牛排餐廳想吃，但因為過新年加上我們抵達神戶的時間問題都不適合，最後選擇了在台灣間人氣很高之前志玲姐姐介紹過的的モーリヤ（Mouriya）本店．</p>

<p>モーリヤ在神戶有三家店我們吃的是本店，大部分的觀光客到神戶都會想吃個神戶牛，所以店門口一直都有人在觀望，畢竟モーリヤ已經營也超過百年，所以有很多各國觀光客會慕名而來．</p>
<p>門口有很清楚的菜單，除了日文也有英文，而且妹個套餐的價格也很清楚，對旅客來說真的很好，可以先拿捏好價位是否可以接受．</p>

<p>由於我們人比較多當時無法坐在鐵板前面用餐有點可惜，不過坐在旁邊的四人座位桌上也有加熱保溫的設備．而且四個人比較好聊天所以也不錯．</p>

<p>因為是新年第一天第一餐所以我們大手筆點了Ａ5極品神戶牛菲力牛排，一開始服務人員把我們的牛肉端上來給我們觀看，一看那油花馬上口水都快流下來了．</p>

<p>桌上有牛肉的證明文件，剛好前不久有間也很多台灣觀光客光顧的神戶牛餐廳爆發做假事件，所以我們覺得這時候去應該都沒有人敢做這種事最有保證XD</p>

<p>桌上還有英文及中文語言介紹牛排的吃法，算蠻貼心的，畢竟所費不貲大家都希望能好好認真正確的吃，不要浪費這人間美味．</p>

<p>這裡的套餐就二種，特級肋眼牛排或是波士頓活龍蝦，很適合有選擇性困難的人，另外如果不想吃這二個主餐的有牛排肉漢堡可以選擇，二種套餐都有附麵包、沙拉或湯、薯條．如果食量較大的人吃十盎司的牛排不夠可以加購半隻的龍蝦．另外附餐的薯條是可以無限量追加的不怕吃不飽．</p>
<p>因為龍蝦準備的量會比較保守，所以如果有要點龍蝦的就好訂位時就先預訂比較保險．</p>

<p>Saveurs 歐洲風味餐坊在一條一般人不太容易經過的巷子裡，雖然一直知道附近有這麼一家老餐廳，但因為不會經過所以就一直沒有機會來訪。</p>
<p>跟東區滿街強調裝潢品味的餐廳，Saveurs歐洲風味餐坊真的很質樸，像一般在國外常見的家庭式小餐館，溫馨又舒適，外場服務生互動得宜。</p>
<p>空間不大，最好先訂位比較保險。</p>

<p>飯後甜點有幾種可以選擇。</p>
<p>烤蛋白，蛋白烤的鬆鬆綿綿的沾上下面的奶汁再搭著上面烤的香香的杏仁片，很容易就吃完了。</p>

<p>牛排三重奏有老饕牛排、紐約客及無骨牛小排，這個份量二人吃其實蠻多的。這裡的牛排是以炭烤方式處理，牛排一送上來就有很香的牛油味道撲鼻而來，牛排肉雖為不是整塊完整的肉但不影響其美味。</p>

<p>食量一般的人我會建議點海陸超值特餐或輕量午晚套餐，這些套餐的主餐份量比較少一點，但因為都附有無限量吃的沙拉吧，所以吃完都一定夠滿足了，若是想大吃牛排的再點牛排套餐。</p>

<p>三月除了有我的生日外好朋友也都是在三月生日，<br />因為朋友喜歡吃牛排所以我特別訂了位於大直的D&amp;C Bistro，<br />這間餐廳據說是台灣有名的牛排教父鄧有葵所開設的，<br />所以當然牛排品質應該有掛保證，而且應該有頂級的老饕牛排可以吃。</p>
<p>相較於晚間套餐，在價位上午間套餐通常是比較划算的，<br />同樣的套餐只少了沙拉而價位上少了約400元，<br />午間套餐的份量有：麵包、前菜、湯、主餐、飲料、甜點，<br />一整套餐下來我已經覺得很有飽足感了。</p>

<p>麵包看來很不錯，外皮酥脆裡面有點濕潤的Q彈口感，<br />不過因為我們對麵包都沒有特別的喜好，所以也吃不出所以然。</p>

<p>前菜有約六種不同菜色可以選擇，<br />我們各自選擇了鐵板煎蘆蝦及香草干貝，<br />二種前菜都極好吃，大大的干貝既鮮且嫩。</p>

<p>這天的湯品是卡布奇諾蘑菇湯，<br />看起來像一杯濃醇的卡布奇諾咖啡，<br />可是嚐起來卻有濃厚的蘑菇味頗妙。</p>

<p>特別要介紹一下這裡的牛排刀，<br />是價值不斐的法國製奢華名刀「Forge de&nbsp; Laguiole」，<br />用來切牛排果然俐落，<br />外型古典精緻而且可以很有平衡感的立於桌上。</p>

<p>牛排送來之前只先送上海鹽作為搭配牛排的調味，<br />好的牛排不需要其他調味了。</p>

<p>除了牛排外還有各種雞、豬、海鮮等的主餐，<br />但是既然來到這裡當然要吃牛排，而且當然就一定要吃老饕牛排，<br />我跟朋友各自點了美國頂級老饕牛排 USDA Prime Ribeye Top Cap (2,080元)及美國自然牛老饕牛排 US Cedar Farm Ribeye Top Cap (1,800元)。</p>
<p>老饕牛排是肋眼牛肉上方的那塊上蓋肉，<br />幾乎沒有筋，而油花豐富不僅入口即化又有濃郁的肉香味。<br />我們點的二種不同的老饕牛排其實看起來沒差多少，<br />下面第一張照片是美國頂級老饕牛排，三分熟，<br />下面第二張照片是美國自然牛老饕牛排，五分熟，<br />吃起來可能美國頂級老饕牛排是三分熟的關係所以感覺更鮮嫩一點，<br />不過其實二個都極好吃。</p>
<p>下次如果再來我會點三分熟就好，<br />本來怕三分熟會太生，但因為廚師處理得很好表皮有著焦香把肉汁封住，<br />而且也沒有看到血水，入口只覺得濃濃的肉香味充滿口中令人感動。</p>

<p>牛排旁皆附上一顆去頭帶皮的整顆大蒜，<br />用叉子可以很方便就能把裏頭的蒜頭取出，<br />鬆軟的蒜頭粒很香但不會有太重的嗆辣味，<br />可以吃蒜頭的人應該會很愛。</p>

<p>這裡的牛排端上桌用的都是Staub的鑄鐵鍋，<br />鐵烤盤的保溫功效可以有較長時間，讓牛排可以盡量維持好風味。</p>

<p>甜點會有幾種選擇，視當天狀況而有不同，<br />本來我就不愛吃甜點，加上不知為何這裡的麵包布丁中加了好重的肉桂味，<br />剛好我很不喜歡肉桂，如果只有一點點我還可以接受，<br />但這個肉桂實在太重了，讓我完全吃不入口。<br />還好香蕉布朗尼還合我味。</p>

<p>店內空間設計是比較現代風格的感覺，<br />尤其頂上這一片多彩繽紛的設計讓人印象深刻。<br />但是這裡桌椅的設計與其餐點價位來相考量，倒是讓我覺得不是很恰當，<br />不過或許是因為這裡本來就是定位在Bistro小酒館吧。</p>

<p>決定好泡湯地點後就開始搜尋餐廳，<br />印象中北海岸濱海地區除了海鮮餐廳外好像比較少特色餐廳，<br />最後找到這一家維多利亞岩烤牛排。<br />其實這家位於基金跟陽金公路交會口的餐廳平常往來北海岸遊玩時我都有注意到，<br />只是心裡總覺得開在這地點的餐廳大概只是為了賺觀光客一次的吧，<br />所以從來也沒想要光顧，<br />不過在搜尋之後發現網路上的評價居然都還不錯，就此決定一訪。</p>

<p>靠近基金公路邊的座位區採光很佳，<br />可惜旁邊是車水馬龍的大馬路實在沒有什麼景觀可以佐餐。</p>

<p>半隻大的春雞份量不小，<br />而且吃起來肉質嫩不會柴，味道也有深入雞肉裡，<br />比起前幾天跟同事在某間餐廳吃到的春雞，<br />這道是我覺得頗划算的一道菜。</p>

<p>看起來很美味，實際吃的人也讚譽有加，<br />不過因為還是有點羊腥味所以我個人不敢吃啊，<br />但其實這羊腥味對敢吃羊肉的人是沒有問題的。</p>

<p>牛排肉算嫩表面也煎得焦香鎖住肉汁，<br />但可惜牛肉的筋有點過多，吃的過程總覺得掃興。</p>

<p>這次煎牛排的方法是前一陣子在新聞網看到名廚鄧有癸教的方法，   <br />使用的鍋子是Le Creuset橫紋烤盤。</p>
<p>首先把牛排單面用一些鹽和胡椒調味，   <br />鍋子熱鍋後我用從牛排切下來的油花取代油入鍋，    <br />接著把牛排二面大約各煎一分鐘(可是喜歡的熟度調整)，    <br />然後把牛排取出來單面抹上油靜置約三分鐘，    <br />這個動作的作用是要讓牛排表面的熱度透過油傳導入內將肉汁封在裡面，    <br />把牛排從鍋子裡取出是為了避免肉表面煎太熟了。    <br />最後再將牛排入鍋二面各煎個幾十秒就好了。</p>

<p>最近吃太多海鮮類的食物因此這一星期一直想吃牛肉，<br />所以週六時就想去哪家牛排館打打牙祭，<br />想了幾家有名的牛排館最後卻因為下雨所以懶得出遠門而作罷，<br />不過在要走進入離家最近樂雅樂用餐前一步突然想到附近有一家屹立很久的老店總督牛排一直沒去吃過，<br />不如就去試看看吧。</p>

<p>這是一家已經開了有三十年的老店，<br />雖然位於繁華的忠孝東路上但是沒有啥時尚的招牌或積極的廣宣所以很容易讓人就忽略了，<br />不過我想他可以在這個地段屹立如此之久餐點應該是美味的。</p>
<p>看了樓下張貼的優質輕量午晚餐套餐及海陸超值特餐，<br />主餐份量不會太多這點很吸引我，<br />所以就不猶豫的上樓了，<br />不過最後因為沙拉吧我還是吃得太飽了。</p>

<p>店裡的裝潢很樸素，<br />而且菜單看起來真得很有歷史感。</p>
<p>點完餐後服務生先送了一杯果汁說是贈送的，<br />不是那種像糖水的果汁而是很有果粒的好喝果汁。</p>

<p>沙拉吧的東西其實還不算少，<br />生菜沙拉種類不少外還有一些中式熟食如蘿蔔糕排骨湯等，<br />芋泥好好吃除了芋頭外裡面還有拌杏仁顆粒(應該是我不是很確定因為感覺不到杏仁味)，<br />這顆粒讓芋泥吃起來的口感有變化。</p>

<p>麵包跟洋蔥湯，<br />麵包外皮烤得酥酥的不過有點過鹹了。</p>

<p>我點的餐本來是菲利牛排加雪魚(600元)不過我加了90元把雪於換成大蝦，<br />五分熟的菲力牛排吃起來很嫩而且不會有肉筋卡牙縫，<br />蝦子吃起來則算一般。</p>

<p>朋友點的冷藏紐約客牛排(680元)，<br />有鐵盤盛著送上來的牛排好香喔，<br />除了煎洋蔥的香味外牛肉的香味也很棒，<br />可能是因為鐵盤的熱度讓牛排送來後還繼續加熱所以肉感覺比點的五分熟還熟一點，<br />雖然如此牛肉還是很嫩，<br />而且我最喜歡這種外皮煎得有點焦香把牛肉汁封住在裡面的牛排，<br />下次再來這裡用餐時我覺得就點這個牛排不要加什麼海鮮了。</p>

<p>沙拉吧那裏還有幾種蛋糕供取用，<br />不過這樣吃下來我已經太飽了所以沒有吃一口蛋糕，<br />(照片中的蛋糕是朋友吃的沒問他好不好吃)。</p>
<p>放奶精的小盅很可愛，可惜是塑膠製的質感差了。</p>
