<p>每次到日本我一定會至少安排一餐吃燒肉，在日本燒肉比台灣牛肉好又划算多了。這次來日本岡山搜尋了日本相關資料綜合評估後決定到焼肉ひだや餐廳，曾獲得居酒屋甲子園地區大會優勝，店裡的名物厚切牛舌是必吃的絕品。</p>

<p>焼肉ひだや在岡山市區有幾家店，因為我們住宿在過西川綠道這一頭，所以預訂了磨屋町店，這裡位於比較安靜的巷弄裡。靠近車站附近的飲食鬧區也有分店本町店，如果住靠近車站可以去這家分店(這家分店好像是比較新的)。</p>

<p>官網裡有網路線上訂位，建議可以的話都先訂位，雖然我們是平常日晚餐到訪的時候有空位，但因為桌位不多也不確定是否被訂位了，我的理念是可以訂位的餐廳都先訂位，畢竟出國時間寶貴不要浪費時間在找餐廳及候位上。</p>

<p>這家分店不大桌位不多，而且有好幾個是小桌位，人多的話好像不是那麼方便。</p>

<p>這裡用的是瓦斯的烤爐，靠近車站的本町店看照片好像是用木炭火爐，我覺得瓦斯烤爐對燒肉的美味程度沒啥影響啦。</p>

<p>名物牛舌比一般的厚很多，原本我們以前對於牛舌比較喜歡吃薄片的，覺得燒肉店生烤的厚片牛舌吃起來會有一點噁的感覺，沒想到這裡的厚牛舌完全沒有那種感覺，一入口只覺得超級好吃，難怪隔壁桌的二個日本人直接就點三盤吃。</p>

<p>人不多可以點這種組合式的，可以吃到不同部位的肉。</p>

<p>我喜歡日本的燒肉店除了燒肉沾醬、鹽巴等之外還會有現磨山葵配牛肉。</p>

<p>吃完之後感想果然這是間在日本當地人之間人氣評價極高的燒肉店，如果在岡山是要吃燒肉很推薦來焼肉ひだや，應該絕對不後悔，其他分店的評價看起來也都不差，應該都可以就近造訪。</p>
