<p>睽違日本三年，同一天我又回到上次到日本的同一地點福岡，而且入住同一家飯店，正所謂在哪裡結束就從哪裡開始XD。一般來福岡必吃的美食明太子、もつ鍋、水炊雞肉鍋..等外，還有目前福岡新名物熱門話題的雞皮串燒，之前沒吃過這次在みつます(Mitsumasu) 天神店一吃真的驚為天人，福岡人真的把雞皮料理提高到另一種境界阿，現吃好吃涮嘴外，外帶回去冷掉之後吃還是很好吃，果然是天神地區評價很好的人氣餐廳。</p>

<p>みつます(Mitsumasu) 天神店雖然不在天神鬧區，但就在週遭走路幾分鐘可達之處。因為人氣高生意好所以最好先訂位，官網可以線上訂位。我們就是沒有定位所以去的時候沒有位子，本來放棄了改去另一家店結果那家店新年休息沒有營業，所以又走回來詢問店家表示可以等候，還好店員不久就挪了吧檯的位子給我們。</p>

<p>菜單主要就二頁，除了雞皮串燒外還有各種串燒及居酒屋的小品料理。價位我覺得比台北的店便宜阿，再加上現在日幣匯率低，比起來我都不太想在台北吃了。</p>

<p>店裡面料理是開放空間，除了吧檯位子還有旁邊的2-3人桌位外，最裡面有幾個比較多人的桌位。</p>

<p>串燒最適合點生啤酒來配，另外店家會先送上每人一盤涼拌高麗菜，這個好像是可以續的。</p>

<p>ぐる皮 (雞皮串燒)</p>



<p>將雞皮緊密捲起來串燒，吃起來表面非常香酥脆，調味也好不會覺得膩，而且一點也不油，打破我對於雞皮的想像，在台灣不會特別吃雞皮，沒想到福岡人真的把雞皮料理提高到另一種境界阿。看店家介紹使用的是年輕雞隻脖子的雞皮，所以脂肪比較少，難怪不像一般吃炸雞吃到的雞皮那樣油膩。</p>



<p>真的令人驚豔很容易上癮，難怪雞皮串燒成為福岡熱門的新名物，有好幾家專門的餐廳，應該各有所長都好吃，下次想去別家餐廳吃看看。</p>



<p>4個人先點了10串雞皮串燒，吃完之後馬上覺得意猶未竟所以又加點，但因為後來陸續又有新客人我們的點排在比較後面，等我們吃得差不多後還沒有好，但因為也已經烤了不好退掉所以請店家外帶，回到飯店隔一段時間才有時間吃，一吃再次感嘆真是好吃，連冷掉都好好吃。</p>

<p>生つくね (雞肉糰子)</p>



<p>這個雞肉糰子也是令我非常驚豔的一品，我在台灣的店吃過幾次這種雞肉糰子串燒但都沒有讓我喜歡過，因為通常我會覺得柴柴的瘦肉感覺，但這這裡的生つくね是以雞軟骨加上腿肉混合的，吃起來柔軟多汁完全不會有太多瘦肉柴柴的感覺，而且加了雞軟骨口感更是美妙，當然醬汁不會太濃厚恰到好處也很加分。</p>

<p>ささみのしぎ焼き (烤雞柳)</p>



<p>外表稍微烤焦，雞肉還半熟的狀態，吃起來有點像雞肉生魚片一樣很獨特。</p>

<p>串燒都烤得很好，醬汁也不會太重，恰如其分的滋味最棒了。</p>

<p>我不敢吃酪梨，但同行的人點了這個覺得超級好吃，他說可以排名在前幾名的好吃。</p>

<p>像鰹魚タタキ但是用雞肉，雞肉感覺跟上面的ささみのしぎ焼き (烤雞柳)一樣，是道清爽的料理。</p>

<p>最後要離開之前店家會送來一杯熱雞湯，喝起來很舒服很適合醒酒。</p>

<p>4個人吃蠻飽的還外帶了5串雞皮串燒才這樣的費用，而且又很好吃，跟台北的餐廳比起來真的超划算的阿。</p>



<p>福岡真的是一個很好逛街買東西美食有多又便宜的好地方。</p>
